[Music] all right what’s going on you guys so uh today I’m going to be doing a review on Java burn all right so this uh metabolism boosting supplement that uh basically just comes in these little packets single sered packets that you just rip open and then you dump into uh some water you can put it in coffee um it’s actually designed to use with your coffee so it’s supposed to act synergistically with coffee meaning that it uh can just amplify the fat burning effects uh blood sugar regulating properties and so forth supplement was apparently rank as the number one fat burner of 2021 uh and it had a lot of really great reviews so I’ve figured I’d give it a shot because uh I’m at the time I’m finishing up a bulk uh where I put on a decent amount of muscle mass so yeah so far so good I’ve been using it for about 4 weeks uh so about a month and I’ve been losing about almost a pound a week and um from the research that I’ve done According to some studies ideally want to lose anywhere from 0.5 uh to 1% of your body weight per week and apparently that’s the sweet spot for retaining as much muscle as possible um but still being able to burn fat lose weight and uh lose fat so that way you’re not losing weight too quickly and that’s sh should be what you want to aim for so again uh 05 to 1% of your body weight per week all right so uh main other reason that I like this is because it has green tea leaf EXT ra uh Green Coffee El carnitine and and Eline there’s really no crazy harmful ingredients or anything here which is definitely what you want to look for and then also it has L carnitine which uh I don’t know if you guys watched Thomas Del he has a YouTube channel based around fat loss and he talks a lot about how um if you’re deficient in lcarnitine then your body really just can’t transport the fat from your fat cells into the mitochondria to be burned right because that’s um essentially the function of O carnitine wow it does look like carnitine supplementation may lead to a pretty solid fat loss in fact on average it was like 1.33 kg of fat loss with the carnitine group in all but one study so if you’re deficient in that just because maybe you’re vegan you don’t eat a lot of meat which is really the only thing that cartine is found in um having it in a supplement like this and then of course using it aide coffee is just it’s an amazing combination that really helps just ramp up the fat burning and the fat loss effects of coffee I’m going to continue to use this until I get done with my cut um but yeah just I like it CU there’s no again like I mentioned no artificial ingredients everything’s natural uh proven ingredients and it really is just that one thing that can just kind of help you know help you get rid of those last few pounds so um with that being said if you have tried the Java burn out uh let us know down in the comments what your experiences have been with it curious to know if any of you guys have used it um but on top of that thanks for watching the video guys don’t forget to drop me a like down below and also if you want to pick some up I will put a link down below to where you can get some at a discount uh first time customer discount so check that out down below as well but yeah guys thanks for watching see y on the next one all right peace
